7 Days Umrah Packages from Pakistan 2026

Seven days is the shortest realistic window to complete a full Umrah from Pakistan without sprinting through it. You fly in, perform the rituals, spend a few days in Makkah, and — if your schedule allows — squeeze in a short Madinah visit. It's tight, but doable. This page covers what a 7-day Umrah package from Pakistan actually costs in 2026, what's included, the new Nusuk BRN and food voucher rules every pilgrim needs to know, and how to make the most of a compressed itinerary.

Trips.pk is a Lahore-based travel platform accredited by the Government of Punjab's Department of Tourist Services and registered with Dun & Bradstreet (D-U-N-S). We've been arranging Umrah packages from Pakistan since 2014, and 7-day trips are the ones most working professionals ask for — long enough to perform the rituals properly, short enough to fit within an annual leave allowance.

Minimum days needed to perform Umrah from Pakistan

The minimum days required to perform Umrah from Pakistan typically range between 5 and 7 days. The rituals themselves take only a few hours — usually 3 to 5 hours depending on crowd levels — but you need buffer time for the flight from Pakistan, immigration, transfer from Jeddah or Madinah to Makkah, and rest.

A 7-day window is the practical minimum for most Pakistani pilgrims. Five days works only if everything lines up: direct flight, hotel within walking distance of Masjid al-Haram, and no wasted time. Seven days is more forgiving — you can arrive, rest, perform Umrah, pray for a few days, and still fly home without feeling rushed.

What a 7-day Umrah package deal includes

A 7-day Umrah package from Pakistan covers the essentials so you're not coordinating flights, hotels, and transport separately. Here's what our deals typically include — and what varies by tier.

  • Experienced Umrah guides. Someone who knows the rituals and can walk you through them correctly — important if it's your first time.
  • Hotel accommodation in Makkah and (optionally) Madinah. Multiple tiers — economy hotels 800m–1,200m from Masjid al-Haram with shuttle service, mid-range 4-star hotels 300m–600m away, or 5-star luxury within walking distance.
  • Airport transfers and intercity transport. Jeddah to Makkah, Makkah to Madinah (via Haramain High-Speed Railway or private coach), and back to the airport.
  • 24/7 support while you're in Saudi Arabia. One point of contact for the entire trip.
  • Umrah visa processing with the mandatory Nusuk BRN and food voucher, handled on your behalf.

What's often not included: meals, personal shopping, extra ziyarat tours beyond the itinerary, and tips for guides and hotel staff. Confirm which items are covered in your specific quote before you pay.

Indicative 2026 pricing for 7-day Umrah packages from Pakistan (per person, quad sharing)

Prices are indicative and depend on your travel dates, airline, hotel selection, room sharing, and the SAR-to-PKR exchange rate on the day you book. Ramadan and peak-season travel pushes prices toward the upper end.

To compare this against longer durations, see our Umrah packages from Lahore page or the main Umrah packages page for the full range side by side.

Group vs individual 7-day Umrah packages — which fits you?

Both options serve different pilgrims. If cost and structure matter most, a group package is usually the better fit. If flexibility and privacy matter more, individual is worth the premium.

Group Umrah package — best for first-timers and budget-conscious pilgrims

  • Cost-effective because hotel rooms, transport, and guides are shared.
  • Sense of community — you're performing Umrah alongside like-minded travellers.
  • Experienced guide included, which matters most if it's your first Umrah.
  • Logistics handled for you — no figuring things out on the ground.

Individual Umrah package — best for repeat pilgrims and families with specific needs

  • Fully customizable hotels, dates, and daily schedule.
  • Flexibility on travel dates — book the week that actually works for you.
  • More intimate and introspective — you set the pace.
  • Freedom to explore Makkah and Madinah at your own speed, without group timings.

Extra expenses not covered by a 7-day Umrah package

A 7-day Umrah package covers flights, hotels, visa, and ground transport. It usually does not cover meals, shopping, tips, or optional excursions. Plan for these separately so you're not caught short in Makkah or Madinah.

  • Meals — most packages exclude food. Budget roughly SAR 30–60 per person per day for basic local dining.
  • Souvenirs and personal shopping — prayer mats, dates, abayas, gifts for family.
  • Optional ziyarat tours beyond what's included — for example, a day trip to Jeddah or Taif.
  • Local taxis and ride-hailing — Uber and Careem both operate in Makkah and Madinah.
  • Tips for guides, drivers, and hotel staff — not mandatory, but customary.
  • Sadaqah and religious giving — many pilgrims set aside a dedicated amount for this.

7-day Umrah visa process and documents for Pakistani pilgrims

Every Pakistani pilgrim applying for a 7-day Umrah visa in 2026 needs specific documents, and the Nusuk BRN requirement has changed the process. Here's the full breakdown.

Documents required for a 7-day Umrah visa

  • Valid passport. Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned Umrah date.
  • Photographs. One recent passport-sized photo against a white background, full face clearly visible, no glasses or shadows.
  • Visa application form. Completed accurately — discrepancies cause processing delays.
  • Vaccination proof. Meningococcal vaccine (ACWY) and polio vaccination.
  • Polio card. Must be valid and not older than 4 weeks at the time of travel.
  • CNIC copy. A valid copy of your National Identity Card (or B-Form for children).
  • Mahram relationship proof — required for female pilgrims under 45, though recent rules give more flexibility for women travelling in groups.
  • Confirmed Nusuk BRN. A Booking Reference Number covering every night of stay — this is now mandatory before visa issuance.

Types of Umrah visa available

There are four visa categories pilgrims commonly choose from, each with different validity periods and purposes:

  • Single entry visa. One-time entry, valid up to 30 days. Best for solo pilgrims performing Umrah once.
  • Multiple entry visa. Valid 90 days total, with no single stay longer than 30 days. Best for families or frequent travellers.
  • Group Umrah visa. For organised pilgrim groups through registered operators.
  • Saudi tourist visa. Valid up to 360 days, with a maximum stay of 90 days per visit. Permits Umrah but also allows wider travel in Saudi Arabia.

How to apply

We handle the entire process for you. Contact our consultants by phone or WhatsApp, and we'll send you the application form, verify your documents, submit the BRN request through Nusuk, and process the visa on your behalf. We recommend initiating the process at least 3–4 weeks before your intended departure to allow time for BRN confirmation and visa approval.

Visa processing time

Umrah visa processing typically takes 5 to 10 working days once all documents and the Nusuk BRN are submitted. During Ramadan and peak Umrah months, processing can take longer. Start early.

The 7-day Umrah visa fee covers administrative costs plus the mandatory Nusuk food voucher. There are two fee tiers:

7-day Umrah flight ticket prices from Pakistan

Airfare is the biggest single expense in a 7-day Umrah package, and it varies widely based on airline, departure city, travel dates, and booking class. Here are indicative fare ranges for the main carriers flying from Pakistan to Jeddah and Madinah:

AirlineEstimated Fare Range (PKR)
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA)Rs. 180,000 – 350,000
Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia)Rs. 168,000 – 435,000
Etihad AirwaysRs. 140,500 – 340,000
Qatar AirwaysRs. 286,000 – 453,400
EmiratesRs. 261,840 – 357,190
Estimated 2026 airfare ranges for Umrah flights from Pakistan

Etihad and PIA offer the most affordable options. Saudia provides direct flights from major Pakistani cities and is the most convenient for pilgrims who don't want a layover. Qatar Airways and Emirates offer premium service at higher fares. If your dates are flexible, mid-week departures in September tend to be cheapest.

Hotels in Makkah and Madinah for a 7-day trip

Where you stay changes your entire experience of a 7-day Umrah. A hotel 1,200 metres from Masjid al-Haram saves money but costs you time and energy — five daily walks back and forth add up. A hotel within 300 metres saves both.

Economy hotels in Makkah

Economy hotels in Makkah are usually 800m–1,200m from Masjid al-Haram, often with a shuttle service. They're clean, functional, and a good fit for pilgrims watching their budget. Book early during peak season — the affordable rooms go first.

Economy hotels in Madinah

Madinah's economy hotels cluster around the Prophet's Mosque. Most are within 300m–800m of the Markazia area, and pricing is generally lower than Makkah for comparable quality. If your 7-day itinerary includes Madinah, this is a good place to allocate the mid-range portion of your budget.

How to perform Umrah — step by step

The Umrah rituals follow a specific sequence. Here's a clean summary of each step — your package includes a guide who will walk you through them in person.

Step 1 — Enter the state of Ihram

Before crossing the Miqat (the designated boundary), change into the Ihram garments. Perform two Rak'ahs of Salah and make your Niyyah (intention) for Umrah as you approach the Miqat. Recite the Talbiyah frequently to declare your readiness.

Step 2 — Perform Tawaf

In the Mataf area around the Kaaba, begin Tawaf al-Umrah starting from the Hajr-e-Aswad (Black Stone) corner. Walk anti-clockwise and complete seven circuits. After finishing, offer two Rak'ahs of Salah, preferably near Maqam Ibrahim.

Step 3 — Perform Sa'i between Safa and Marwah

Proceed to the hills of Safa and Marwah within Masjid al-Haram. Walk seven times between them, emulating Hazrat Hajra (A.S)'s search for water for her son Hazrat Ismail (A.S).

Step 4 — Shave or shorten hair (Halq or Taqsir)

Men shave their heads (Halq) or shorten the hair (Taqsir). Women clip a small portion of hair. Halq is considered more virtuous. Once done, you exit Ihram and your Umrah is complete.

Best time of year for a 7-day Umrah

The best month for your 7-day Umrah depends on what you value most — spiritual atmosphere, crowd size, weather, or cost. Here's a quick rundown.

  • Ramadan. The most spiritually rewarding time, but also the most crowded and expensive. The Prophet (PBUH) said Umrah in Ramadan equals Hajj in reward. Book 4–6 months ahead.
  • Shawwal (right after Eid). Crowds thin out significantly, weather stays pleasant, and prices drop from Ramadan levels.
  • Muharram. A sacred month with moderate crowds and moderate prices.
  • Safar. Quiet, uncrowded, and one of the most affordable months for a 7-day trip from Pakistan.
  • September. Generally the cheapest month to fly from Pakistan. If budget is your priority, this is the month.
  • Spring and autumn. Comfortable weather and moderate crowds — a good balance for most pilgrims. See our cheapest month for Umrah guide for a month-by-month breakdown.

Month-specific 7-day Umrah packages

We offer tailored 7-day packages for the major Islamic months. Each is built around that month's spiritual character and priced accordingly.

Ramadan 7-day packages

Spending the final week of Ramadan in Makkah is one of the most powerful experiences in a Muslim's life. Laylat al-Qadr alone makes it worth the effort. Our Ramadan Umrah packages include hotels near the Haram and Iftar/Suhoor arrangements where available.

Shawwal 7-day packages

Shawwal is calmer and cheaper than Ramadan, with weather that's still manageable. Our Shawwal Umrah packages are fully customizable for 7-day trips.

Muharram 7-day packages

Muharram is one of the four sacred months in Islam. Performing Umrah during Muharram carries special spiritual reward. Our Muharram Umrah packages include flights, hotels, transport, and visa assistance.

Safar 7-day packages

Safar is one of the quietest months for Umrah, with lower prices and fewer crowds. Our Safar Umrah packages cover all the essentials at competitive rates.

Rabi ul Awwal 7-day packages

Rabi ul Awwal is the month in which the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was born. Performing Umrah then is considered especially rewarding. Our 7-day Rabi ul Awwal packages include all-inclusive arrangements.

Rabi ul Saani 7-day packages

Rabi ul Saani offers a quieter, more contemplative atmosphere. Our 7-day packages during this month are designed for pilgrims who want extended time for reflection without peak-season crowds.

Common questions about 7-day Umrah packages

How many days are needed to perform Umrah?

The rituals themselves take 3 to 5 hours. But for a full trip from Pakistan including travel, rest, and prayers at Masjid al-Haram, the minimum realistic duration is 5 to 7 days. Most pilgrims choose 7 days because it allows time to rest after the flight and perform the rituals without rushing.

How much does a 7-day Umrah package cost from Pakistan?

In 2026, 7-day Umrah packages from Pakistan start at around PKR 212,700 per person on quad sharing for a group package with standard hotels. Individual packages start around PKR 220,080. Premium packages with 5-star hotels and business-class flights start around PKR 229,680. Prices depend on hotel proximity, flight class, room sharing, and travel dates.

What's included in a 7-day Umrah package?

Standard inclusions: return airfare from Pakistan, Umrah visa processing with the Nusuk BRN and food voucher, hotel accommodation in Makkah (with optional Madinah extension), airport transfers, intercity transport, and 24/7 support while in Saudi Arabia. What's usually not included: meals, personal shopping, tips, and optional ziyarat tours beyond the itinerary.

How much is the 7-day Umrah visa fee in 2026?

The Umrah visa fee in 2026 is approximately SAR 680 (about PKR 53,000) without transport, or SAR 750 (about PKR 58,500) with transport included. This includes the mandatory Nusuk food voucher. Visa processing takes 5–10 working days once all documents and the BRN are submitted.

What are the new Nusuk rules for Umrah in 2026?

Saudi Arabia now requires every Umrah visa application to include a confirmed hotel Booking Reference Number (BRN) through the Nusuk platform, covering every night of stay. A mandatory food voucher (about 20 SAR per night) is added automatically to your visa fee. Without a valid BRN, the visa won't be issued. Packages can only be booked on double, triple, or quad sharing. Once the BRN is issued, no edits or modifications are allowed.

Can I visit Madinah in a 7-day Umrah package?

Yes, but it's tight. A typical 7-day trip splits roughly 5 nights in Makkah and 2 nights in Madinah. Travel between the two cities takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes on the Haramain High-Speed Railway, or 5–6 hours by private coach. If you want more time in Madinah, consider a 10-day package instead.

What's the best month for a 7-day Umrah?

Ramadan is the most spiritually rewarding. Safar and September are the quietest and most affordable. Shawwal offers a good balance — crowds thin out, prices drop, and weather is still pleasant. Spring and autumn months are comfortable if you want moderate weather and moderate crowds.
