Booking & Payment Policy
A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days after booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at our office.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of payment.
Note: “The quoted per person rate applies when booking for a minimum of 2 travelers.”

Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Visa assistance is provided where included in the package. However, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Airline tickets, visa fees, and other non-refundable components are subject to respective supplier terms.

Changes & Amendments
Any request to change travel dates, services, or names must be made in writing within 10 days of booking.
Changes are subject to availability and additional charges where applicable.
Name corrections for airline tickets may not be possible or may incur airline fees.

Package Inclusions & Exclusions
All services included are clearly mentioned in your itinerary.
Any services not mentioned in the itinerary will be considered as excluded, even if discussed verbally.

General Terms
Trips.pk is not responsible for any delay, loss, or damage caused by airlines, immigration, or natural calamities.
In case of flight delays or changes, Trips.pk will assist to the best of its ability but shall not be held liable for losses.
The tour price is subject to change based on currency fluctuation, tax changes, or fuel surcharges until fully paid.
